These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the mobile application ("App") provided by NowOnMeet ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

2. Service Description

The App is a mobile application. The App offers basic functionality free of charge and premium features through subscription plans (monthly or annual billing).

Basic features are provided free of charge to all users.

2.2 Premium Features

Premium features are available only to users with an active subscription.

3. Subscription and Billing

Subscription fees are processed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Payment will be made according to the terms and conditions of each platform.

3.3 Auto-Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled. To cancel your subscription, please use the settings in your respective platform before the renewal date.

3.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle after the notice.

4. User Accounts

Some features may require the creation of a user account.

4.1 Account Information Accuracy

You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information and maintaining the accuracy of your account information.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and preventing unauthorized access. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account, please contact us immediately.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and all of its content, features, and functionality are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

5.1 License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

5.2 Usage Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, distribute, publish, sell, lease, or sublicense the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App's source code
• Modify the App or create derivative works based on the App

You agree not to:

• Business losses
• Third-party content or conduct

9.3 Damage Cap

In any event, our total liability shall not exceed the total amount of subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the date the claim arose.

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. To cancel your subscription, please use the settings in your respective platform.

10.2 Termination by Company

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if legally required.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where we are located.
